  • Speed of shipping

    New Zealand Customers

    We realise you’re in a hurry to get your apparel, so we’re in a hurry to get it to you. 

    We ship with NZ Couriers on overnight delivery. 

    Our cut-off time is noon/lunch time, so if you get your order and your payment in by lunch time, we’ll have your order on the courier that afternoon and you’ll receive it on the next business day. 

    If you place your order and make payment in the afternoon or evening, we’ll send your order the following business morning and you’d receive it on the next business day. 

    South Island deliveries can take 2-3 days, especially for larger orders.

    Australia Customers

    Orders received before 10am are shipped out that afternoon from our Sydney distribution centre. Sydney customers can expect to see their orders within 2-3 days, customers further away can expect to see their orders a day or two later. Orders that are being delivered to WA can take up to 10 business days.

  • Shipping costs

    New Zealand Customers

    Shipping is free on orders over $200.

    When you get to the checkout, you’ll see an option there for free shipping if your order value is over that point.

    If your order is less than $200, shipping within the North Island is $7.95 and shipping to the South Island is $9.95.

    Depending on what is in your order, it may arrive in two or even three packages, as sometimes we need to ship your order from different distribution centres.

    If you’re placing your first order, and it’s for some samples, you can use the coupon code ‘sample‘ to get free shipping on that order.

    Australia Customers

    For orders of $200 and more, shipping is free, anywhere in Australia. Orders under $200 come at a delivery cost of $17.50.

  • Where do we ship from?

    We ship most of our products from Auckland. Sometimes products are shipped from different locations around New Zealand, but 95% of our products are shipped from Auckland.

    We don't ship anything to you from overseas, that'd take weeks and would be far too expensive.  

  • Tracking your order

    New Zealand Customers

    Orders are sent out by overnight courier as soon as payment has been received. Sometimes orders to the South Island can take an extra day to arrive. 

    We ship with NZ Couriers and as soon as we send your order out, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. 

    If there is an issue with your delivery, you’ll need to contact New Zealand Couriers. They prefer to hear from the recipient (customer) so they can arrange delivery with them.

    Australian Customers

    Australia Customers:

    New Zealand Customers:

    We want you to love our products and enjoy your shopping experience with us.

     

    RETURNS ACCEPTED ONLY WITHIN 14 DAYS OF INVOICE DATE

    All goods which have been authorized for return must be received by us within 14 days of the invoice date.

    A Return Authorization Number (RAN) can be requested by emailing our Returns Department on support@dori.co.nz. Any goods returned without a valid Returns Authorisation Number will be returned to the sender.

    Sample returns are valid for one garment per style per colour only.

    Customers are responsible for all freight costs relating to returns unless the returned garments are damaged or incorrectly supplied by Dori Apparel.

    All returns MUST be in the original packaging and in re-sellable folded condition and must include all accessories and packaging items originally supplied, failing which a $3.00 repackaging fee will be levied per garment affected.

    Returned goods with writing on tags and/or bags will invoke the above clause and result in a $3.00 repackaging fee per garment affected.

    No credit will be considered where no proof of purchase is provided, and/or where any information requested on the top of this form is omitted.

    Copies of the Credit/Return form may be requested by emailing support@dori.co.nz.

    For any returns in excess of $200 for which we have not initially charged freight, the appropriate freight will be charged to the customer to compensate for the freight costs incurred by Dori Apparel to supply the order. Restocking fees may not apply where garments are exchanged for a different size in the same colour and style.

    Any cancelled order in part or full returned due to no fault on the part of Dori Apparel will incur a restocking fee of $2.00 per garment.

    All Returns MUST have original tags attached, be in original packaging, unworn and in re-sellable condition

     

    RETURN INSTRUCTIONS FOR ONLINE PURCHASES

    All Dori Apparel purchases made at dori.co.nz can be exchanged or refunded by return post.

    IMPORTANT

    You must contact us before sending your return, and you must use a tracked courier, not standard post.

    If you wish to return or exchange an item purchased on our website, you must contact our customer service team via email – support@dori.co.nz

    Please provide the following information so we can assist you as quickly as possible:

    • Your name
    • Date your order was placed, if applicable
    • Your Sales Order Reference Number, if available
    • Your tracking number, if available
    • A brief description of the problem you are experiencing
  • Only received half of your order?

Pricing and Discounts

  • Bulk Discount

    Bulk discounts are offered for larger orders. The more you want to order, the more we can reduce the price.

    Most of our product listings have the bulk prices shown, and these will be reflected in your cart when you're ordering online.  Bulk discount still applies if you're ordering an assortment of sizes and colours.

    If you want to order a product that doesn't have bulk discount rates shown, please CONTACT US and we'll let you know what the bulk prices are for that product.

  • Free Shipping

    If you’re wanting free shipping, there are a few ways that you can get free shipping. 

    First, if your order is over $200 in value, you’ll get free shipping on that order.

  • Samples

    We have a great range of products and it’s always hard to know which product best suits your needs.  That’s always the hardest thing when you’re shopping online, right?  We get it.

    If you require samples, you can place an order to check the quality of the product and service that we provide. We have no minimum requirements, so you can even just order one item if you like. 

    Australia Customers

    Unfortunately we can not accept returns for Australia customers.

    New Zealand Customers

    If the product does not suit your requirements, you can send them back for a full refund within 14 days, as per our Refund and Exchange Policy.

    NOTE: You’ll need to contact us before you send your samples back.

    To get free shipping on your first order of samples, you can use the coupon code ‘sample’. Currently, this is only available for New Zealand customers.

    Size charts are generally shown on each product listing page, about half way down the page. 

    If there is no size chart shown on for a product that you’re interested in, please contact us and we’ll arrange one for you.

It's a lightweight 150gsm polyester that breathes well and is very comfortable, even in hot the conditions of summer sports. This is a very affordable t-shirt and available in all the popular colours.
    • The Gildan TECHNICAL Performance Range - these are cool, and cool in more way than one. A highly breathable 100% filament polyester 159gsm fabric, especially made for working hard. For sports teams that want the best, for an awesome price, this is the t-shirt. These are available in MensWomens and Long Sleeve.
  • Labels and tags

    The ultimate in apparel customisation - replacing the labels in your apparel makes the gear super unique to your business.

    Most of our gear has two tags, one that can be removed, and one that should stay.

    The tag that can be removed is the branding of the t-shirt, Gildan, Anvil etc. Then your own tag can be put on to the garment.

    The tag that should stay on the t-shirt has the garment size, origin of manufacture, washing instructions and fabric composition information - it is a legal requirement to have this information on any garments that are sold in New Zealand, so we keep these ones on.

     

    What can be tagged?

    Unfortunately, not all of our apparel can be tagged. We've made a list of the products that can be tagged. If you're wanting something tagged but it's not on the list, sorry, we can't re-tag it.

     

    The Tags

    You can provide us with the tags that you've already had made, or just the designs, and we will sort everything. 

     

    Timeframe

    Please allow an extra week for delivery, as installing your custom labels can take some time depending on how busy our seamstress is.

     

    The Price

    The price of re-labelling your apparel does depend on a few things, please Contact Us for a quote.  Once your labels have been produced, they can cost as little as $0.95 per garment to install (plus GST).

  • Fabric Types

    We have several different fabric compositions to suit any printing method. 

    If you're screenprinting, our range of 100% Cotton apparel is perfect. 

    If you're looking for 100% polyester apparel, we have lots of that here.

    We also have a t-shirt especially for sublimation printing. This is a 100% polyester t-shirt from Gildan that has been created especially for sublimation printing. You'll find that t-shirt here.

Placing an order

The internet can be a complicated place.

  • Payment Methods

    You can pay with a credit card or by bank transfer on our website. As soon as your payment has been received, we will ship your order.

    We don't offer credit accounts.

  • International Shipping

    We don't ship internationally, only within New Zealand and Australia. 

    Many of our customers have their orders shipped to a friend or family member, who will then send the order on to Samoa, Tonga, Rarotonga, Niue etc.
